About Isehiro
Each morning a fresh bird arrives and is broken down whole. With Senju leek, shiitake and shishito, a veteran griller cooks each skewer by hand over ubame-oak binchotan charcoal.
A relaxed lunch by day; the traditional yakitori full course by night — for an entertaining loosened just a little at the collar, or a meal with the family and friends who matter. The same handwork, in Kyobashi, since 1921.
